estate law. Prior to her career in law, Laura worked at Hill & Knowlton in
Washington, D.C., one of the largest communications consulting firms in the
world, where she successfully created and managed campaigns to assist Fortune
500 companies with corporate and crisis communications. Her previous work
experience also includes developing litigation communications strategy at
Edelman in Washington D.C., the leading independent global public relations
firm, as well as teaching business law and legal research courses as an adjunct
professor at Utah Valley University’s Woodbury School of Business.
Laura is a native of Ogden, Utah and is an alumnus of Brigham Young University with a
Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Juris Doctor degree. Laura and her
husband live in downtown Salt Lake City
