"Always in Season" Celebrates its 5th Birthday!
(Salt Lake City , Utah) On Tuesday, April 5th , the Junior League of Salt Lake City will hold an open house marking the 5-year anniversary of its popular local cookbook, Always in Season . The party will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Anderson Commons , at 734 East 200 South, Salt Lake City and is open to merchants who would like to begin selling Junior League cookbooks and other merchandise in their stores.

Now in its fifth year, Always in Season celebrates the " joys of cooking and sharing food with family and friends" throughout the seasons. The cook book emphasizes the importance of using fresh ingredients for the best flavor s and to capture the essence of each season. The cookbook features recipes from local chefs such as Tony Caputo's Red Pesto and Cucina Deli ' s Mediterranean Potato Salad contributed by Dean Pierose just to name a few!

The Junior League of Salt Lake City is a women's group of trained volunteers who provide time and money to improve the lives of women and children in our community. Among the fundraisers that support League community projects are cookbook sales. The proceeds from the sale of Junior League cookbooks support the projects of the Junior League in Salt Lake City and its surrounding communities.
