Kurt Weiland is the president of Jefferson Smith Training & Consulting, an international corporate training company in Bountiful. He’s trained at companies like GM and Saudi Aramco. He has a Bachelor’s degree from BYU, a Masters from USC, and has written five books on leadership and communication skills. Weiland also served 23 years in the US Army and was an assistant professor at West Point.
